Futurpreneur Canada is a strong believer in entrepreneurs having professional business coaches as we know businesses thrive when they have someone else in their court. That’s why we’re excited to have the Coaching Challenge, a new pilot initiative in Atlantic Canada created to help support entrepreneurs whose businesses are ready to grow.

Entrepreneurs will have access to senior level coaches from Clearwater Seafoods, one of Atlantic Canada’s Top Employers of 2017, and Source Security, one of Canada’s best security firms, for three months. In these three months, they will have access to:

  • Learning and development opportunities which will help entrepreneurs make the most of their coaching experience.
  • Access to experts in growth who have been hand-matched for the selected entrepreneurs
  • An opportunity to expand their business network.

The entrepreneurs who were selected to be part of this initiative went through an extensive application and interview process, and we’re proud to announce the final participants.

Jessie is the founder of Fruition, a local food joint which focuses on local and organic ingredients. All of their recipes are nutrient dense and cater to most dietary needs without sacrificing taste. Fruition also offers nutritional education and consulting, hosts workshops, teach classes and you can often find them at public and private events. The award-winning business has two full-time owners, a team of 5-10 staff and sales have increased 44% in the last year.

Jessie would like to expand their wholesale division to include products in local restaurants, cafes and stores, grow their team, increase their services and increase their product line by adding a frozen section in their storefront.
