Our recruitment process – what to expect?
Once you apply, our Talent & Culture team will invite shortlisted candidates for a brief telephone interview to begin getting to know you and address any questions you may have. Following this, we typically conduct two rounds of interviews, allowing you to meet your future manager and other team members. In certain technical roles, assessments may also be included.
