Here’s a list of simple tasks that will make your day more productive.

  1. Start your day with a  plan. Take 30 minutes to align all the tasks you’d like to get done in order of priority.
  2. Plan to spend at least 50 percent of your time engaged in the thoughts, activities and conversations that produce most of your results
  3. Take 5 minutes before a call to review what you want to attain from the meeting. This will get you to focus, evaluate and slow down to get the results you want.
  4. Put up a “Do Not Disturb” sign when you really need to get work done.
