My life as an entrepreneur
The Trigger: Why did you become an entrepreneur:
While I was working for Microsoft as a software engineer, I decided that I wanted to build a company that would work in new and better ways. I saw a need that was not being met and knew how I could fill that gap with an innovative technological approach. Introducing that type of innovation requires a start-up company and an entrepreneurial spirit, which I embraced.
My best moment as an entrepreneur, my success:
The most rewarding moment in my career was turning a product which has taken years of research and investment to perfect, and commercializing it with its first sale. That not only validates a tremendous amount of commitment, but in the context of renewable energy, paves the way for a better world.
My next challenge:
Invenia intends to expand aggressively into new markets for our technology, in countries around the world. This represents the next major challenge for Invenia, and one that we look forward to achieving.
