“What’s your point?” is a simple request that asks for a simple reply, and it’s often the only thing people have on their minds.

Whether you are trying to do good in your community (and make money), or drive social innovation through your business, “What’s your point?” is the first and often the only thing people (your target audience included), are thinking about. And yet, in my experience, many entrepreneurs never actually address that question.

I’ve failed whenever I’ve forgotten to address it. Whether it’s implied or explicit, it’s always on people’s minds. So go ahead – laugh at my pain if you must, but please try to avoid making the same mistake.
