What inspired you to start STEALTH?

I felt that I could build a better mousetrap than what was being offered in the marketplace.

How has networking and connecting with other entrepreneurs and mentors helped you and your business succeed?

Excellent sounding board and just to know that often the problems you assume are yours, are common problems, and there is guidance on how to solve.

What has been the most rewarding milestone for you as an entrepreneur?

Being in business for ten years, having an annual payroll of $10,000,000.00 and selling over $100,000,000.00 in sales.

If you had one piece of advice to help entrepreneurs expand their professional network, what would it be?

Force yourself to meet someone new every week and force yourself to sit down with an executive from a customers company once per month.

What’s your mantra or words you live by?

Work as hard as you can, never second guess your decisions, and your only limited by your own fear, if you can act despite the fear. You’ll do great.
