In 2005, the Ontario Government passed the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) which governs the provision of services to all Ontarians, especially those with disabilities. The goal is to ensure all goods and services in Ontario are accessible to people with disabilities by 2025.
Futurpreneur Canada’s AODA Accessible Customer Service Policy is designed to ensure the dignity, independence, integration and equality of all customers and stakeholders with disabilities and is in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005.
