Futurpreneur is here to empower aspiring young entrepreneurs on their journey to success! Our Core Startup Program provides startup loan financing and up to two years of mentorship, with added access to tools and networking opportunities across Canada.

Are you 18-39 and ready to launch a business?

With financing ranging from $5,000 to $60,000* and the support of an experienced mentor, you can launch the business your community has dreamed of, just like Marie-Pier did. At just 28, Marie-Pier is the owner of Aubergélit, the first youth hostel in Saint-Jean-Port-Joli, 100 km east of Quebec City.

Two years ago, going through a phase of depression, Mare-Pier decided to move to the South Coast to rest. The inclusive nature of Saint-Jean- Port-Joli and its active community of artists played a major role in her recovery. It wasn’t long before she decided to start her own business here. From the outset, the young entrepreneur wanted to include as many people as possible in her project. So she asked local people for help and advice.

Her lifelong idea of starting her own youth hostel took shape after just 8 months, thanks to the help of the community who shared the same dream.

And are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada

You must demonstrate some training or experience in your field

You must be able to demonstrate that you have experience working in your industry and related to your business idea.

You cannot be a contractor or an agent

To apply you cannot be an agent or contractor working for another already-existing business.
